One of five men accused in the shooting death of a Tulsa grocery store employee is scheduled to be arraigned today. Tommie Lee Price faces charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm.
Kahlil Abbus, Tony Williams and Nicholas Winford were arraigned yesterday. They are all charged with the July 31st shooting at the Albertson's Grocery store that killed 36-year-old Jon Chadwick. He was shot to death when he tried to stop the suspects from stealing beer.
A fifth suspect, Rex Chancellor will be arraigned tomorrow.
