A confrontation with a TV news photographer has resulted in a charge against a Bixby man.

70-year old Condell Pollard turned himself in to the Tulsa County Jail Wednesday on the charge of assault with a deadly weapon, then bonded out of jail. Pollard confronted the photographer in Bixby, after he had apparently become upset during a meeting last week, with a group called "Friends of the Prairie Dogs" over what do with the prairie dogs living on his property.
