OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ An Oklahoma City attorney is among the nominees selected by President Bush to serve on the federal judiciary.

Robert G. McCampbell has been nominated to be the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma, the White House press secretary said in a news release on Wednesday.

McCampbell is a partner with Crowe and Dunlevy in Oklahoma City. From 1987 to 1994, he was an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Before joining the U.S. Attorney's office, McCampbel was an associate with Crowe and Dunlevy.

He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Yale Law School.
