Two Union high school students charged with video taping one of them having sex with a girlfriend pleaded no contest Friday morning.

Jacob Gibbons and Adam Wilbanks made the plea to a reduced charge of possession of obscene material, during a hearing in Tulsa County District Court. Two counts of exhibiting obscene material and one count of preparing an obscene video with intent to exhibit were dropped. The judge handed Gibbons and Wilbanks each a 2 year deferred sentence.

The videotape was made in December without the girl's knowledge and prosecutors say it was shown to as many as ten other teenage boys.
