SEATTLE (AP) _ Cisco Systems plans to sell RealNetworks' Internet broadcasting software as part of a product line aimed at businesses, RealNetworks announced Monday.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, San Jose, Calif.-based Cisco, one of the largest retailers of Internet networking equipment, will market RealSystem iQ, a set of products for streaming audio and video content over the Internet, to its corporate clients.

The system could be used for internal purposes such as broadcasting corporate meetings or distributing training materials, said Ben Rotholz, general manager of products and systems for RealNetworks.

RealNetworks, based in Seattle, is among the many Internet-based companies now struggling to make money off their popular Web-based products. The company, which makes the RealPlayer software to play audio and video from the Internet, also has introduced subscription-based services for providing Web content ranging from sports to music.

Shares in RealNetworks were down 10 cents at $11.99 in afternoon trading on the Nasdaq. Shares in Cisco were down 73 cents, to $19.76, also on the Nasdaq.
