(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Kansas basketball signee JR Giddens has pleaded not guilty to four felony theft charges in juvenile court.
Giddens, a senior guard at John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City, was arrested December 19th, along with three adults, for attempting to steal three-thousand-eight-hundred-54 dollars worth of electronics from a Wal-Mart.
A January 8th pretrial hearing as has been set for Giddens.
KU coach Roy Williams has not commented on Giddens' arrest.
