(San Antonio-AP) -- A Texas company has completed the sale of a Midwestern pipeline after a deal to sell it to Oklahoma-based Williams Energy fell through. San Antonio-based Tesoro Petroleum will sell the pipeline to a Dallas-based company for one-hundred million dollars.
