A Claremore family continues its bedside vigil at a Tulsa hospital. 16-year old Aubrey Robbins mysteriously fell into a coma in her parents' home nearly a month ago.

Now, as they watch and hope for each sign of her recovery, Aubrey's family is being strengthened by community support in an unusual way. News on Six reporter Heather Johnson says on the morning of November 22nd, Aubrey Robbins' parents awoke to a family's worst fear. They found their 16-year old daughter in her bedroom, shaking and struggling to breathe. Aubrey went into cardiac arrest and was rushed to intensive care at St Francis hospital.

Bryan Shelton, Aubrey's uncle, â€œIt was very difficult. It was a tragedy beyond anything we thought would happen.â€ As doctors searched in vain for the reason such a healthy, vibrant girl would suddenly collapse. Her family was flooded with calls of concern for the Claremore High cheerleader.

That concern evolved into a web site, WWW.AUBREYROBBINS.COM. Created by another uncle, the site offers daily updates on Aubrey's condition. There's also a forum for people to post their messages of support for the Robbins. He says the family will gather at his home for Christmas this year, just a few miles from the hospital. â€œIt will be a difficult Christmas without Aubrey at home with her family, but we will get through it. Doctors still don't know what happened to Aubrey Robbins. At this point, she is still unresponsive, but is awake at times. She has made some progress, Aubrey is now breathing on her own without a ventilator.
