(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Governor-elect Brad Henry says he wants to take a second look at highway projects that have already been approved by Governor Keating.

The one (b) billion dollar road program has 12 projects that include the Interstate 44-Broadway Extension interchange in Oklahoma City and the I-44 widening project in Tulsa.

Henry says he's concerned that the state's borrowing road funds on federal money it has not yet received. Henry says Oklahoma could have problems if the funding doesn't come.

Henry says he also doesn't want Oklahoma to build more roads than it can afford to maintain. He says the state is about 400 (m) million dollars short of what it needs to maintain the highways it already has.
