(Bolivar, Missouri-AP) -- Missouri authorities are trying to extradite a Chouteau man guilty in an Oklahoma killing and facing death for another in Tennessee.
Steven Ray Thacker pleaded guilty this week to murder in the death of Laci Dawn Hill of Bixby. Missouri authorities say they hope it means it's their turn to prosecute Thacker. He's charged with murder in the stabbing death of Forrest Ray Boyd of Aldrich.
Thacker's been sentenced to die for killing a Tennessee tow truck owner almost three years ago. He could also face a death sentence in Oklahoma when he's sentenced in two weeks for Hill's death.
All three killings happened during a multi-state crime spree.
