Round three of dismissal hearing for a Tulsa teacher has ended again, with no action by the school board.

Booker T Washington band director Elmer Davis is accused of sexual misconduct. Several students say he made sexual comments to them and inappropriately touched them. Tulsa Public Schools says that's enough reason to fire Davis. He denies any wrongdoing.

The current BTW principal, Debbie Boyles, testified before the board Tuesday night about the investigation into the allegations. "In interviewing them, they seemed very sincere and it was painful for them to talk about the things they had to talk about."

A current BTW student testified she thought the allegations against Davis are exaggerated.

The hearing will reconvene after the Thanksgiving break.
