(Stillwater-AP) -- Victor Williams scored 19 points to lead Oklahoma State in a 78-to-56 exhibition win over Branch West Academy.

Williams scored 15 of those points in the game's last five-and-a-half minutes.

Ivan McFarlin had 14 points and 17 rebounds for Oklahoma State, and Melvin Sanders scored 14. The Cowboys outrebounded Branch West 51-to-30 and held the team of former college players to 33 percent shooting.

Branch West got 15 points from Durelle Brown and Nate Poindexter. Former Oklahoma State guard Doug Gottlieb had eight assists. The team has won three exhibitions including a 25-point victory over UCLA.

Oklahoma State opens the regular season at home Friday night against Yale before heading to the Great Alaska Shootout next week.
