All the people involved in a racial discrimination case against the Tulsa Police Department asked a federal judge to allow them to have a settlement conference that could possibly resolve the case.
The city of Tulsa, the black officers and the Fraternal Order of Police agreed to have the conference on November 26th.
If no settlement is reached at that time, the case goes to trial January 21st.
