Investigators working the rape of a Henryetta baby say they've hit a snag. Okmulgee County prosecutors say they are stalled in pursuing charges in the sexual assault of the eight-month-old child that happened in July.

They say they do not have enough forensic evidence to arrest anyone. But prosecutors say they are hopeful there will be a further break in the case down the road.
