Some Turley residents want to turn around their community. They believe it's become a safe haven, but only for the criminals.

Residents packed a town meeting Thursday night to complain about a series of property crimes by people who go unpunished. They say they feel ignored by their government representatives and by the Tulsa County Sheriffâ€™s office.

Some Turley citizens want the town to have a curfew. Others want the town incorporated, so a government can be formed to address the problems.
