Sentencing will be December 4th for David Eads. He was convicted Wednesday in a non-jury trial of killing Jane Neafus.

She was stabbed with a knife or machete at her Creek County home in June of last year. Her body was found four months later. Eads was arrested a year ago during a routine traffic stop.

Prosecutors will ask for the death penalty.
