(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa's women's basketball team is fourth in a Western Athletic Conference pre-season coaches poll.
The poll also puts Tulsa's Allison Curtin and Alyssa Shriver on the Pre-season All-WAC second team.
Tulsa finished fifth in the WAC last season with a 17-and-13 record. Nine players including three starters are returning this year. Defending WAC champ Louisiana Tech is first in the poll.
Curtin is a transfer who's never played for Tulsa. She was a two-time All-Big Ten First Team performer for Illinois with a career average of 15-point-six points.
Last season was Shriver's first for Tulsa after transferring from Iowa State. She averages nine-point-four points a game and five-point-one rebounds.
