Time to roll up your sleeves to protect yourself from the upcoming flu season.

And health officials say they are stocked up on the flu vaccine. 70 of Oklahoma's 77 county health departments have at least half of their 2002 shipments. Vaccine shipments have been delayed the past two years.

State health officials say they don't know whether flu season will be mild or severe this year. But, if you are a senior citizen or a high-risk patient you can get a shot now at the Visiting Nurses Association.
