Sooner fans are getting ready for the big OU-Texas matchup this weekend at the Cotton Bowl.
O-U fans held a "Beat Texas Bash" in Brookside last night.
They say the rivalry, which dates back to 1929, is the best in college football.
And there's no doubt about it - while they love the rivalry - some Sooner fans can't stand the Longhorns.
John Benjamin-Tulsa Resident - OU Fan"If you've ever been to Texas, it's coyote ugly. Why would anybody even live in Texas, let alone support their football team?"
And again this year the game has national championship implications, with OU and Texas ranked second and third.
