On Tuesday, a city code worker found a badly decomposed body beneath trash and carpeting while checking out a code violation near the 800 Block of North Birmingham in Tulsa. Police investigation has revealed that it is the body of 23 year old Teresa Beeler.
A medical examiner is still trying to determine the exact cause of death, but the Tulsa Police are treating the death of Teresa Beeler as a homicide.
Officers have arrested a suspect - 23 year old Chris Corn. He lived in the house next door to where the body was found.
