A man police arrested last weekend for trying to kidnap two teenage girls may now be facing a rape charge.

Tulsa sex crimes detectives say a Tulsa girl saw Jose' Castillo's picture on Channel six and identified him as the man who raped her in March.

The case had been left open because no suspect had been identified.

Now, they plan to present the rape case to the prosecutor's office along with the recent attempted kidnapping charges.
