A man who ran from Tulsa Police early Friday morning winds up causing a great deal of damage.
Police say shortly after midnight, an officer saw a man drive up on a curb. When the officer turned around to stop the truck, the driver took off fast. Tulsa Police Sgt Rick Bondy, “when he went up a driveway of the house, he vaulted in the air, clipped a tree, landed on top of a car and drove through a garage.â€
The driver ended up going through a backyard on 17th East of Lewis. He didn't stop until he hit a tree. He got out, ran a few yards and collapsed.
He was taken to a Tulsa hospital; we don't have his condition or his name. Charges are pending.
