Rogers State University is expanding. University officials and special guests broke ground Thursday for a new library at the Claremore campus.
The new library will be three stories tall and contain 45,000 square feet for books, classrooms, offices, and even a coffee bar. RSU Library director Allen Lawless, "We plan on having laptop access for our students and a lot more computer access. We're gonna have a coffee bar which is a really nice innovation which we're really excited about as well as study rooms and conference rooms."
Construction is expected to be finished by the Spring 2004 semester.
