(Picher-AP) -- Residents living on the Tar Creek Superfund site in northeast Oklahoma are being told they should move.

Kansas City, Missouri, attorney Charles Speer says people should not be living in the area that's contaminated from lead and zinc mining.

Speer is one of several attorneys from Missouri and New York that residents have hired as they consider lawsuits.
