An Oklahoma City boy hospitalized from an electrical shock last week has died.

The boy and a friend were walking near an abandoned building when they found a hole in the ground. A sign had been there but was removed, leaving behind electrical wires still with power to them.

When the boy stuck his head in the hole, he touched the two live wires.
