A Tulsa man accused of kidnap and rape has been found guilty. A jury deliberated two hours before convicting David Arkinson[pictured] of attacking a woman at a south Tulsa apartment in January.
The jury has recommended Arkinson serve 100 years for the rape and 50 years for the kidnapping. The attack happened just days before the murder of 75-year-old Gwen Gershon. She was found choked and beaten in her home.
Arkinson goes to trial for her murder on November 4th.
