The city of Tulsa says congratulations are in order. We finished the Ozone Alert season without a single day's violations of federal clean air standards.
City officials credit responsible residents, weather patterns and reformulated gasoline to help clear the air.
Staying under the ozone limit this year means Tulsa's air violations from 2000 are wiped from the books.
