A disturbance in east Tulsa lands eight people in jail. Tulsa Police were called to the Park Chase Apartments at 1433 South 107th East Avenue around two-thirty Sunday afternoon.
They arrived to find a woman, Debra Hart surrounded. She'd been cut three times on the arm reportedly by a 15-year-old neighbor. Witnesses say Hart had been feuding with her neighbors for weeks about loud music.
Hart says she bought mace after she heard from neighbors that someone was going to jump her. “You can see where they, I pulled back so they didn't get me. I bought some mace and I maced them and it didn't even phase them."
A witness, Tammarrieo Jordan, "We did have almost 28 incidents and we've only been here two months. It's been a problem with her everyday all day."
A fifteen-year-old suspect was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Five other people were also taken in for obstructing the arrest. Hart was treated at the scene and released.
Hours later, police were called back to the apartments. Police say two men broke into Hart's home and stole her purse and other items. The suspects have been arrested.
