There's a new development over a Tulsa daycare center we told you about last month.
The center, which is under investigation by the state's Child Welfare division, closed its doors - apparently without warning. 5-month-old Carson Clark's father dropped him off at the Child's Play daycare about a month ago. He was awake and vibrant. Within hours, a worker at Child's Play handed Carson back to his father, lifeless and blue.
After viewers called to let us know Child's Play was closed for business, we checked with the Department of Human Services. A representative there told us the investigations are still open in both its "daycare licensing" and "child welfare" divisions.
The property manager in the south Tulsa center tells us Child's Play has gone out of business. We called Child's Play's attorney for a response. He said he would be better prepared to speak with us after he speaks with his client.
