President of Oklahoma State University, Dr. James E. Halligan was honored recently as the 2002 recipient of the E.T. Dunlap Medal

The presentation took place at the eighth E.T. Dunlap Medal and Lectureship series on the Southeastern Oklahoma State University campus in Durant.

The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education established the lectureship and award in honor of Dr. Dunlap, a 1940 graduate of Southeastern.
