The community of Broken Bow has been selected as the site for a new factory that is expected to employ 160 workers.
Huber Engineered Woods selected the community to build an oriented strand board facility.
State officials say the announcement also means an additional 250 local jobs will be created because of the decision. Officials say the company chose Broken Bow over several communities in other states.
Huber Engineered Woods says the reason they chose Oklahoma, was because of its sustainable wood supply, transportation, and a skilled workforce.
The new facility will be located near the intersection of US highway 70 and 259.
Huber Engineered Woods is a producer of oriented strand board products for both construction and industrial markets.
