Surely you remember the Blues Brothers, from Saturday Night Live and their 1980 movie.

You may also remember the Beef Brothers ad campaign from Reasor's food stores. The ads caught the attention of the House of Blues. They filed suit in Federal Court against Reasor's on Wednesday. The suit claims trademark infringement, unfair competition, trademark dilution, and deceptive trade practices.

Neither side was available to comment, but the suit claims the House of Beef logo used by Reasor's, and the Beef Brothers characterization too closely resembles the House of Blues logo and the Blues Brothers both owned by the House of Blues.

Reasor's has 20 days to answer the complaint.
