As we get closer to the anniversary of September 11th, some Tulsans are starting to feel the same anxiety and stress that affected many people in the weeks after the attack.
Mental health experts say it's a good idea for people to talk about their emotions with a friend or loved one. If that isn't possible, the Tulsa Mental Health Association is hosting meetings for people to share their thoughts with others. Social worker Mike Brose, "as the anniversary draws near, we're already getting reports of people feeling more emotional, more sensitive to stories about September 11th."
The group's next meeting will be one week after the anniversary of the attacks.
