(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Officials with the Oklahoma Blood Institute and the American Red Cross say their blood reserves have reached critically low levels.
The two organizations are planning extra blood drives this weekend to make sure they've got enough to make it through the next week.
Potential donors can give blood tomorrow at Crossroads Mall or any of the four blood institute offices in Oklahoma City.
Donors in Tulsa can go to the American Red Cross' Blood Service Centers.
Officials say a shortage is especially dangerous over the Labor Day weekend because of the high number of car accidents that occur.
