Tulsa's economy is getting a boost, thanks to some new jobs. Montereau in Warren Woods is adding 180-new jobs.

An executive director will be hired first, with other positions to follow. The retirement community is under construction right now near 71st and Yale. It will offer both independent and assisted living.

Montereau is expected to open late next summer or fall.
