Mark Wingo is a wanted man. In fact, he's a federal fugitive accused of scamming Tulsans out of nearly $100,000 in the past few months.

Federal marshals say Wingo is now clean-shaven with a short haircut. They say he's used his scam to steal items as big as a house and cars to small items. They say he presents a fake bank draft as part of his ploy. Tim Welch, US Marshal: "One of the schemes he uses, is he tells people he's got a $10,000 a month inheritance through a trust fund, which of course, is totally bogus, but, that's how he gains people's confidence."

Wingo is currently on probation for the same crime. US marshals believe he is still in northeastern Oklahoma. If you see him, call police.
