The Tulsa City County Health Department has set up three traps at various sites around town to catch mosquitoes.
The traps use carbon dioxide or stagnant water to lure the insects in. And every Thursday, health workers like Matt Polsum, go out to collect those mosquitoes that can spread West Nile Virus to animals, birds or even people.
