A judge says a Tulsa man who claims he was abused by a priest in the late 70's has until Monday to provide names of witnesses.

The man has implicated Father Paul Eichhoff. Eichhoff has denied the charges and is suing the man and his father for slander. The accuser says he needs professional treatment to recover from the alleged incidents.

Eichhoff says he's been held up to public humiliation without the chance to defend himself.
