(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma's Attorney General says the state is suing WorldCom after pension systems and agencies lost more than 66 million dollars.
Attorney General Drew Edmondson says lawsuits have been filed in state courts in West Virginia and Illinois.
Edmondson's office says the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System lost more than 25 million dollars and the Teachers' Retirement system lost more than 16 million dollars.
Edmondson says the state in considering other lawsuits, but he says the losses don't have an impact on the state's retirees.
