(Sequoyah Bay State Park-AP) -- A Wagoner man has drowned while swimming in Lake Fort Gibson at Sequoyah Bay State Park.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Bobby Joe Murray drowned just after 8 o'clock Sunday night at the day swimming beach.

Troopers say Murray was swimming with a relative when he disappeared in the water. Murray's body was recovered shortly before 8:30 Sunday night.
