A Bartlesville city committee is expected to recommend more sites for a new water treatment plant.

The committee had picked out a location for the multi-million dollar plant in Osage County. But the owner didn't want to sell.

The federal government has ordered Bartlesville to build a new plant to meet new water quality guidelines.
