It may be August, but some people are already looking forward to October, as in Oktoberfest.

Tulsa's 24th annual Oktoberfest celebration may still be two months away, but it's never too early to start looking for some good help. Hundreds of people got together at the Home Builders Association Thursday night to sign up to volunteer and to get in some early Oktoberfest fun.

More than 2,000 volunteers are needed at the festival. It runs October 17th through the 20th at the River West Festival Park.
