Oil well fire in Creek County injures three

Investigators are looking into an oil well explosion in western Creek County that sent three people to the hospital. <br><br>It happened about 3:15 Friday afternoon at the Duke Energy plant in Milfay.

Investigators are looking into an oil well explosion in western Creek County that sent three people to the hospital.

It happened about 3:15 Friday afternoon at the Duke Energy plant in Milfay. Bristow, Stroud, Chandler, and several rural fire departments used foam to put out the fire.

One victim suffered third degree burns over 70% of his body; at last check he was in critical condition. Two others are in serious condition.
