NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Cleveland County prosecutors have charged the son of a slain Bridge Creek couple with first-degree murder in the shooting death a man whose body was found at a southeast Oklahoma City lake.

Dustin Ray Owen, 21, is accused of killing James Brandon Solorio. Raccoon hunters found Solorio, 26, at Lake Stanley Draper on July 16, just two days after Owen's parents were found dead in Grady County.

The state Medical Examiner's report indicated that Solorio had been dead one or two days before his body was found on land near 119th Street and Midwest Boulevard in Cleveland County.

Owen, of Moore, has been in the Oklahoma County jail since Oklahoma City police arrested him July 15 on a complaint of possessing a stolen gun in a public building after a prior felony conviction.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents said they had questioned Owen about the deaths of Michael Duane Owen and LaDonna K. Owen, who were found July 14 in a burning mobile home in Bridge Creek. Both had been shot.

The couple's son ``has not been ruled out'' as a suspect in their deaths, OSBI spokesman Kym Koch said Monday.

``But we don't usually name someone as a suspect,'' she said.

No charges have been filed in that case.

According to an affidavit, three people were with Solorio and Owen before Solorio was shot.

The other three people said they heard several shots fired and saw Owen holding a gun, the affidavit stated.
