Murder charges have been filed against a man for a 4th of July murder.

Mauricio Rosado-Morales is charged with first degree murder for the stabbing death of 19-year-old Oliverio Cruz-Pacheco.

The stabbing happened during a fight at the Kendell Whittier apartment complex.

Rosado was arrested after police talked to him and several witnesses.
