The University of Oklahoma is number one in another pre-season college football poll.

Football News ranks the Sooners number one and named tight end Trent Smith and defensive lineman Tommie Harris to its pre-season All-American first team.

The magazine lists Oklahoma State kicker Luke Phillips on its All-American second team. OU defensive lineman Jimmy Wilkerson and defensive back Derrick Strait are on the third team.

Florida State, Texas, Miami, Tennessee, Georgia, Washington State, Colorado, Florida and Washington round out the magazine's pre-season Top Ten.

OU was also named number one by The Sporting News.
