(Little Rock, Arkansas-AP) -- Rob Bell retired the first 12 batters he faced as Tulsa shut out Arkansas 6-to-nothing Tuesday evening.
Bell is 1-and- 0 after his first Texas League appearance. He allowed four hits, no walks and four strikeouts.
Phil Wilson allowed three runs in the first inning and five runs in 6.2 innings.
Driller Gerald Laird had three hits and scored two runs.
Paul Ottavinia scored in the first inning on an error and in the sixth on a Laird single. Jason Moore also added two runs his homer with a homered to right field.
Brett Cadiente scored in the seventh inning on a Brian Oliver double. Laird went home on a single in the eighth inning.
