(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa police have identified a teen-ager killed in a Fourth of July stabbing.

Officers responding to a disturbance call at an apartment found paramedics treating Oliverio Cruz-Pacheco. He died at the scene.

Police said yesterday Cruz-Pacheco's brother has been notified and officers are trying to contact more relatives in Mexico.

Mauricio Rosado-Morales has been arrested on a murder complaint in Cruz-Pacheco's death.
