(McAlester-AP) -- A Pittsburg County judge has ordered a former McAlester nursing home administrator to stand trial on 14 felony counts.
Kimberly Kay Horan is the former administrator at SunBridge Park Care and Rehabilitation in McAlester.
Horan is charged with nine counts of caretaker exploitation, three counts of second-degree forgery and one count each of uttering a forged instrument and embezzlement by a trustee.
The Attorney General's Office says Horan is accused of embezzling funds from the trust fund accounts of nine SunBridge residents.
She's also accused of forging patients' names on trust fund checks and passing those checks at McAlester-area businesses.
