(Edmond-AP) -- University of Central Oklahoma receiver Dee Dee Carter is a first-team pre-season All-American.

Carter was selected for the NCAA Division Two All-American team by the Street and Smith's Magazine.

The junior from El Reno is also a nominee for the Harlon Hill Trophy given to the Division Two player of the year.

The Bronchos begin fall practice on August 12th and open the season on September fifth with a Thursday night home game against Western Washington.
